Al specializes in selling refurbished copy machines at big discounts. He has a supplier that leases the machines and Al is very particular to only take the best, least used ones. He cleans them up and updates the firmware if needed. He advises to always make sure it is running the latest and allow the update to complete or it could be very expensive to fix. Other tips include using a surge protector and a dedicated outlet that is not loaded with other appliances.

Al reminded us that he still fixes old IBM Selectric typewriters and will always get his clients the cheapest deals on toner.
