Al has over 27 years experience in his industry starting as a driver for Toshiba. He wanted to do more than that and sought education to do more technical work. This continues today, sometimes for machines he hasn’t worked on before. All in the name of servicing the client better.
Part of his service includes giving recommendation when trying to save his customers money. He will recommend a printer that is initially more money but will save a lot in toner costs because the ink will last much longer. Or using refurbished machines that carry the same factory warranty but instead of sending the broken machine out, Al will come to your office and fix it there. He also still fixes old typewriters and paper shredders.
