Before Arlyn meets with a potential seller he does a lot of research about the property. He looks online to see what the house looks like outside, where rooms are located inside, what nearby schools are like, selling prices of nearby homes, how long were they on the market. He will talk to the clients about their expectations of selling price and any fears they have about strangers being in the home.
When he meets the sellers in their home he walks around with them offering advice about staging and what marketing will be done. He takes a lot of notes and always assures the sellers that their house will sell.
Arlyn puts in a lot of time providing the data that buyers and sellers need to make decisions but even more important he sends really good brownies! 🙂
