Arlyn went to a conference in Las Vegas recently and heard several motivational speakers but one, Mark Eaton, stood out.

Mark spoke of the 4 commitments business owners should have:

1. Know your job – focus on your strengths and you’ll be more successful.
2. Do what you are asked to do – when working with a business coach, follow through on their suggestions.
3. Make people look good – with either your products or service.
4. Protect others – look out for your team. Groups become teams through loyalty.

Arlyn also mentioned that Next Home has chosen their charity for the year: Canine Companions for Independence who trains service dogs for disabled children, vets, etc.
