David answered multiple questions from members mostly regarding deposits. Currently the bank will accept deposits from your office via a phone app or the remote capture machine available from the bank. The default limit is $5,000 but can be adjusted if person calls bank.

Amounts of $2,000 – $2,500 get extra scrutiny to make sure all the information is correct. May be rejected if number doesn’t match written for example. In case of difference, the written is always taken over number which is the industry standard. 

Some banks are now considering consistent large deposits or withdrawals because it may be a sign of money laundering.
