Jeff gave some case studies of clients in business with people who were causing trouble to the business.

One case dealt with two people who had set up an LLC with a 50/50 agreement that one would finance it to get it started and the other would do the work and they would split the profits. But as it turned out the 2nd person didn’t do the work and Jeff got involved on behalf of the 1st so that all the profits would go to the first owner. The other owner decided to get out of the LLC altogether.

Another case involved a loan taken out by one of the owners but then not paid back so the other owner was responsible for it. Jeff was able to break up the partnership agreement and get the innocent owner out.
