Joy offers three categories of service:

Personal Hygiene: bathing, dressing, etc.
Light Housekeeping: laundry, sweeping, grocery shopping, cooking. Not anything that would need kneeling or ladders.
Companionship and doctor’s visits.

She services different types of clients:

Short daily visits – 4 hour shifts
LIve-in with rotating care givers
24/7 constant on-call
Coming home from rehab short time care.

Joy wanted to clarify some terms used. She provides “home care” defined as non-medical, non-invasive care as opposed to “home health care” done by nurses.
