Marty spoke about his teaching background including a stay in South Africa for 7 years until 1986. After that he returned here and worked as a professor until 2002 when he joined EMS. He became an independent agent in 2011. He finds his teaching experience helps him in this career because a lot of it is educating clients on what they are paying for.
