Mike said most of his cases involve car, truck & motorcycle accidents but he also sees premise accidents and medical malpractice and nursing home problems such as neglect, bed sores, etc.

Nursing homes are frequently understaffed so it pays to be politely persistent in asking for the proper care instead of just hoping for a good outcome. Helpful also to take pictures of problems for documentation.

Pictures also helpful in car accidents. Show damage to car. Exchange information with other driver. A little CYA goes a long way if the other driver turns around and claims the accident was worse than it was. Mike also recommends notifying your insurance agent in case they question it later.
