Sam Eckerling 7-25-18

Congratulations to Sam for 40 years this October and to Carolyn for almost 32 years.

He credits his business longevity to the superior customer service he provides his customers. This includes money saving suggestions about ink colors and at times using outside vendors for mass printing jobs. He can also give advice about printed items would look if you have done something yourself and were not aware of having made a mistake.

He is doubly careful of the service given to referred customers because he wants them to be satisfied but he also wants you to look good for having referred Sam to them.

Sam shared an example of a flip chart that was developed with local schools and police departments to show what to do in emergency situations.
